Welcome to Indurent’s consultation website, where you can find out more about our proposals for Indurent Park Solihull, a flagship employment development near Junction 4 of the M42 and Blythe Valley Business Park in Solihull. The site benefits from excellent connectivity, with easy access to the M42, A34 and the wider Strategic Road Network, making it ideally located for local and national occupiers.
Our proposals will deliver high-quality industrial and logistics units, through a landscape-led masterplan which focuses on sustainability, environmental enhancements and job creation. If approved, the site will bring wide ranging socio-economic benefits to the area, including up to 185 new construction and 1,770 new operational jobs and an estimated £56.5m additional GVA contribution to the local economy throughout construction.
The scheme will help meet strategic demand for high-quality employment space in a sustainable location which is attractive to a range of local and national occupiers. Evidence from the West Midlands Strategic Employment Sites Study (WMSESS) identifies that there is significant strategic demand for employment floorspace across the West Midlands, particularly in Solihull. The WMSESS has identified the M42 corridor in Solihull as an Opportunity Area to meet that demand.
